| 43mins on the treadmill....another snow storm overnight with 3-4" of snow. I'm warming up to the treadmill. Not a lot of sleep due to on going conf calls. Running does make me feel more alert.

| Watched another episode of WWII documentarty...it is hard to watch the carnage of war and makes me gratefull for the many serviemen that fought for our freedom. This episode focused on the fight for the south pacific...Saipan and the Mariana Islands. My grandpa was stationed on Tinian and I wish I could talk to him now about what it was like. PA: 9.07
