Treadmill run after long day in Tumwater, WA with Amcor. I took them out for sushi after meetings and over ate. It was nice to get some miles in and burn calories. I set treadmill at 15% grade and worked up a sweat!

I drove up to Mt Ranier National Park before catching my flight. I parked at Paradise visitor Center and ran up the trail as far as I could in order to see the glaciers on rainier. I then realized I was short on time and ran all the way back to the car. I didn't realize how much elevation I had gained until I ran back to the car. My legs were sore the next day from running downhill.

Ran to Andover and back...one of those days.  Got rearended this morning and dissapointing news from prospective employer.  The run was great thougth and its good to have warmer weather
