Married to a 2x Boston finisher as well as my running inspiration. Have 2 great kids and a dog that loves to run.
Treadmill run after long day in Tumwater, WA with Amcor. I took them out for sushi after meetings and over ate. It was nice to get some miles in and burn calories. I set treadmill at 15% grade and worked up a sweat!
I drove up to Mt Ranier National Park before catching my flight. I parked at Paradise visitor Center and ran up the trail as far as I could in order to see the glaciers on rainier. I then realized I was short on time and ran all the way back to the car. I didn't realize how much elevation I had gained until I ran back to the car. My legs were sore the next day from running downhill.
