Married to a 2x Boston finisher as well as my running inspiration. Have 2 great kids and a dog that loves to run.
I ended up doing speed work in the basement on the treedmill due to a thunder and lightning storm. 4x1600 @ 7:00 pace

Great pace! I was running my speed work through a thunder & lightning storm yesterday- maybe a little dangerous?
