| Ran with the family for the first time...David ran (he's starting cross country and was trying out his new shoes!), Mary ran, Kate road her bike, and I ran with Gunner. We ran through the neighborhood to Conanant and down winglake and home. I kept running and did the Frnaklin loop. PA 8:24

| I ran up winglake to sodon and back behind kirk in the hills and then down echo. I felt good and was glad to get a run in! I listened to podcasts on the run...I'm not sure if it was distracting or relaxing using the headphones. PA - 8:33
